From season 2, when this card appeared, the level setting for the total status value was relaxed, and even if the total value exceeded 2850, it became common to see level 4 low-grade monsters.
However, it seems that monsters with such a high total value of offense and defense were not yet low-class monsters.
For early monsters, unnecessarily high defense power is just a shackle that can raise their level for mischief.
The Dark Zebra of the same race, attribute, and ATK that appeared later in the second term is like that, so even if it was a low-level monster, it is highly likely that it had a disadvantage.
Other than the fact that it's a naming convention similar to 《Witch of the Black Forest》, there's nothing noteworthy about it, and I haven't heard anything about it playing an active role in games.

Comprehensive evaluation: 《Firewing Pegasus》is more usable as Beast level 6.
They can be recruited with 《Onslaught of the Fire Kings》, and their offense and defense are high.

His true form is exaggeratedly described as Elder of the Forest, but his name is Morobare.
Yu-Gi-Oh doesn't know when it will transform like the Red Dragon one number before, but it's useless at this stage.
